Roadmap 2026
Our goals for the year
Company Bootstrap
Our first quarter is focused on laying the foundation. We’ll acquire the machines, tooling, and software needed to bring our ideas to life. This is the time to learn the processes, refine our workflows, and establish efficient shop operations. We’ll also build out our online presence and position EmberCrest Industries for growth with a professional website and clear messaging.
Product R&D and Marketing
With the fundamentals in place, we’ll shift our focus to creating our first product. Using CAD design, we’ll prototype, refine, and perfect the concept through real machining. Once we have a product we’re proud of, we’ll begin introducing it to the market, building awareness, testing interest, and learning what resonates with customers.
Drive Sales and Open Job Shop
If our initial product gains traction, we’ll push forward with sales and begin expanding our product line. With a solid understanding of our machines and processes, we’ll also start taking on custom machining work and job-shop projects. This quarter is about growth—building relationships, serving clients, and scaling production capacity.
Retrospective and Refinement
The final quarter is about reflection and improvement. We’ll analyze what worked, what didn’t, and where we can do better. Our focus will be on strengthening operations, improving quality and efficiency, and applying everything we’ve learned to position EmberCrest Industries for an even stronger year ahead.
