How We Work
From first drawing to finished parts
Quote & Consultation
Send us your CAD files or drawings and tell us what the part needs to do. We talk through materials, finishes and quantities with you, then come back with a clear quote—no guesswork, no surprises later.
Design Review & DFM
Before anything is cut, we review your model for manufacturability. If a feature will be difficult, fragile or costlier than it needs to be, we flag it and suggest an alternative that keeps your design intent intact.
Machining & Inspection
Your parts are machined to the approved drawing and inspected against your specifications as they come off the machine. Anything that doesn't measure up doesn't leave the shop.
Delivery & Support
Parts arrive packed and ready to use. From there we stay a partner rather than a vendor—reorders, follow-on runs and revisions all build on the setup work we've already done for you.
